Have you ever found yourself completely stuck while working on something? You're staring at a problem, and you just can't move forward. You've tried everything you can think of, but nothing works.
You finally give up, walk away, and do something else. Then, out of the blue, while you're cooking, taking a shower, or listening to music, the answer just pops into your head. You rush back to your desk, try it, and it works perfectly. This happens to me all the time.
Sometimes, all you need to do is step away from the stress and pressure. The reason you're stuck might just be that you're trying too hard.
If you feel like you're going in circles, take a break. Take a deep breath and do something you enjoy—something that makes you happy and helps you relax. Then, try again. You'll be surprised at how well it works.
